This means that the tenant is required to pay for utilities consumed during the rental period, such as electricity and water; a final cleaning fee of €320.00; and a security deposit of €800.00, payable in cash or by bank transfer. The villa offers all modern comforts: a private pool protected by a gate for children, solar panels, Wi-Fi, a barbecue, heating, air conditioning, and fireplaces.
